Los Angeles based “London After Midnight”, founded by singer/writer/musician Sean Brennan, is probably the biggest underground band you’ve never heard of. Cited as reviving the “goth” scene in the 1990s by underground press, LAM shuns labels and has music that spans a broad range of styles making it difficult to peg as any one style.
London After Midnight has a large following and solid street creds that land the band on cutting edge magazine covers all over the UK, Europe, Russia and Latin America. For years London After Midnight has been selling out concerts and festivals in the USA, Europe and Latin America, headlining major festival events of up to 10,000 people (like 2019’s Wave Gotik Treffen, with 10,000 in attendance for LAM’s performance, Cruel World festival at the Rose /Bowl in CA, and more). Every LAM album released charted in the European indie charts. Fans of LAM include the band HIM, 69 Eyes, even Marilyn Manson couldn’t help the urge to see one of the first LAM concerts in Hollywood and stated in an interview with Europe’s Metal Hammer magazine that LAM was a trendsetter.
London After Midnight blend passionate song-writing with brains and a political left-leaning punch that’s sure to piss off conservative America.
