London After Midnight
Los Angeles based London After Midnight, founded by singer/writer/musician Sean Brennan in the 1990s, has toured the world and released multiple critically acclaimed chart topping albums. While often associated with the post-punk and dark wave scenes, LAM shuns labels and has music that spans a broad range of styles making it difficult to peg as any one genre.
London After Midnight has a large following and solid street creds that land the band on cutting edge magazine covers all over Europe, Russia and Latin America.
For years, London After Midnight has been selling out concerts and festivals in the USA, Europe and Latin America, headlining major events of up to 10,000 people (like 2019’s Wave Gotik Treffen, with 10,000 in attendance for LAM’s performance) and performing with Morrissey, Blondie, Bauhaus and many other classic and new artists at the massive and eclectic Cruel World Festival at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena California in 2022.
Every LAM album has charted in the top ten of the European indie charts. LAM's latest 2022 album, "Oddities Too", charted in the top 10 of the German Alternative Music charts for 8 weeks in a row with 6 weeks at number one.
Fans of LAM include the band HIM/Ville Valo, 69 Eyes. Even the now disgraced musician Marilyn Manson couldn’t help the urge to see one of the first LAM concerts in Hollywood and stated in an interview with Europe's Metal Hammer magazine that LAM was a trendsetter.
London After Midnight blend passionate song-writing with brains and a left-leaning punch that’s sure to piss off conservative America and anyone who wants a band with a “dark” image to be empty.
